Aidoni is a tech company based in Gothenburg. We help Nordic tech companies in three ways: senior consultants who strengthen your team, AI in your products and workflows, and full responsibility for your platform. You talk to the people doing the work.
We are engineers, architects and specialists in cloud, data and AI. We have been part of teams at Volvo Group Connected Solutions, Polestar, Porsche, SKF and Coop, among others.
We use AI in our own troubleshooting, documentation and development every day. That is why a small team is often enough, and what we suggest for you we have already tried on ourselves.

You have your own development team but need more capacity or a specific skill. Our engineers, architects and product leads join the team, learn your codebase and start delivering right away. They work in your repo and follow your process.
AI in your product and how you work
We build AI features, agents and automation into your systems, with logging, permissions and tests from day one. A Hephaestus Sprint ships one system. Managed AI Ops keeps it healthy after launch.
We look after your platform
You have an app, a customer portal or a connected product but no development team of your own to look after it. We take responsibility for operations, support and further development. Start with a two-week platform check.

A technical partner, not just a consultant
A solar energy company in the Gothenburg area wanted "maybe not a consultant, more of a technical partner". We took over operations, support and further development of their IoT platform.

Aidoni was founded in 2024. We started the company because we wanted to give more back to our people. That is why we work with the 80/20 model: 80% of what our consultants bill goes into their personal account, and after taxes and fees each person decides how the rest is split between salary, pension, education and wellness. The founders still work on client projects themselves.

Short answers about who we are.
Where are you located?
Our office is at Kvarnbergsgatan 2 (United Spaces) in Gothenburg. We work on-site or hybrid in Gothenburg and Malmö, and remote when it suits the team.
How long have you been around, and how big are you?
Aidoni was founded in 2024 in Gothenburg. Today we are 10 people. The consultants we put on client projects are senior.
Do you only work with AI?
No. AI is one of three ways to work with us. The others are senior consultants in your team and full responsibility for platforms. That said, we use AI in our own work every day.
How quickly can you start?
Typical start time for consultants is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on scope and availability. A Hephaestus Sprint is four to six weeks. The platform check takes two weeks.
What sets you apart from a large consulting firm?
You get senior people straight away, not a team that needs to be trained first. The founders work on client projects themselves, and you talk to the people who build. And because we use AI throughout our work, fewer people are often enough.
